Finally, I understand how Phone Operator works.
Recently got myself into some fucked up job as a phone operator at RewardsLINK.
The so-called ' Person-In-Charge ' gave us stupid attitude like not wanting to take the call when customer asked for someone with authority.
*How fucked up can that get?*
So I totally have no idea on how to answer customer on this part.
A few customers are so screwed up that they made Wendy cry.
I know she felt pressurised by all the calls she have to take.
I guess i'm going to have to get her out soon.
Told Khor that we're quitting using some excuses but didn't reveal the real reason to him.
I don't even think there's a need to let him know.
I just want to get Wendy out of there as soon as possible.
Just hope that this Saturday's trip to Sentosa with the rest of the class could really release the stress she have been going through.
I guess that's it!
I ain't gonna give Khor anytime to look for someone to replace us.
I'm not going to care either.
Who cares on how is he going to look at me?
