Got into a serious accident that left me completely stunned

Fell
Crash
On the ground
OUCH!


I remember myself riding
I remember myself braking

Then
The next thing I know
I'm on the ground
My head hit the ground
It hurts to the max
I couldn't walk straight after that
Everything infront of me feels like its spinning


After sleeping
I thought I would feel better
NO!
It still hurts!
