He's a jerk/good kind of guy.
Why?

Let's start with jerk then..
If he's looking for a fling, he'll pay attention to your minimal needs and not give you more.
He can separate himself between physical and emotional aspect of love.
If he's not into you, friends would be the best choice and you better not take a step forward from that.

What about the good part?
I would be lying if I say appearance don't play a part, it does but the minimal.
When he falls in love you with, he falls too deep over you.
